It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Opal Joy Shrouf of La Plata, Missouri, born in Mankato, Kansas, who passed away on October 3, 2021, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Mullins and Florence Mullins (Hancock); her husband Jack Shrouf; her son Tom Shrouf; and her brother Dean Mullins.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Shrouf (Lisa) of Hurdland, Kristy Robinson (Ron) of La Plata, Jackie Shrouf of La Plata and David Shrouf of La Plata, Missouri; and her sister Wanda Isley of Concordia, Kansas. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and fifteen great Grandchildren.
Memorials in memory of Opal may be made to the La Plata Nursing Home in La Plata, Missouri.
