She is survived by: her husband Mike Buck; her children, Aaron Wiseman of Safety Harbor, Holly Funk of Columbia and Carmen Hopkins of Union, Missouri; her siblings, Dennis Gregory of Moberly, Missouri, Paula Tague of Kirksville, Missouri and Jeri Woodall of Kirksville, Missouri; and her granddaughter Teryn Wiseman.

Memorials in memory of Joyce may be made to the Adair County Humane Society.
