She was predeceased by: her parents, Hjalmar Lindberg and Inez Lindberg (Thiele); her husband Weldon Falls; her son Rickey Dale; and her siblings, Cecil, Virgil, H. A. Lindberg, Ruby Brown, Alice Belfield, Esther Francisco and Eva Mae Switzer.
She is survived by: her sons, Jack Falls (Vicki) of La Plata and Kenny Falls (Traci) of Four Seasons, Missouri; her sister Pearl Miller of Saint Catharine, Missouri; her grandchildren, Nick Falls, Heather Mulligan (Adam), Erica Baker (Aaron) and Kennett Falls; and her great grandchildren, Bella, Brody, Brynlee, Bright Baker, Hailey and Grace Mulligan.
Memorials in memory of Evelyn may be made to Shriners Hospital for Children or Friends for La Plata Preservation.
