She was predeceased by: her parents, Lula Lavone Van Buskirk (Arbuckle) and Bennie Buskirk; her sister Jo Ann King; and her nephew William Payne. She is survived by: her siblings, Carol Jean, Cheryl Sue Van Buskirk and Bennie Michael Van Buskirk (Carol); her nieces and nephews, Jennifer Payne, Nicholas Van Buskirk, Nathanial Van Buskirk, Stacy Mantalvanos and Tina Wright; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Jared Myers, Brooke Myers and Madison Myers.
