She is survived by: her children, Ernest Taylor, Charles Payne, Doug Payne, Alex Payne, Joseph Cisneros and Sallyann Smith; her siblings, Gail Cisneros, Doug Swadley and Gary Swadley; and also Patrick Smith. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren.
