She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Oliver and Maxine Oliver; her siblings, Gary Oliver, Treva Haden and Melva Wichers; her former husband Phillip Foxworthy; and her son Patrick Foxworthy.
She is survived by: her husband Charles; her children, Trisha Foxworthy, Chad Foxworthy and Jonathan Bice; her brother John Oliver; her grandchildren, Zachery Foxworthy, Torey Foxworthy, Jackson Bice and Aubrey Bice; and her great grandchildren, Ryleigh Foxworthy and Evelyn Foxworthy.
