He was predeceased by: his parents, George Rice and Ivory Rice; his siblings, Ricky, Jerry Rice and Yolanda Rice; and his son Rhushon Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Rice; his children, Tiffany Lawrence, Larry, Robbie Rice, Donnell Williams and Malachi Rice; and his siblings, George Rice, Eddie Rice, Timothy Rice, Torita Valasquez, Wanza Rice and Keba Rice. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
