She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Oliver and Ruby Oliver (Ray); her husband Bob Settles; and her sister Roseanne Hale. She is survived by: her sons, David Fox (Georgia), Leonard Fox and Daniel Settles (Mindy); her brother Fred Oliver (Donna); and her grandchildren, Tucker, Addison and Nikki.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggest memorial contributions to the Barry Christian Church food pantry fund.
