It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Elaine Fovell of Kansas City, Missouri, who passed away on June 25, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mack Scroggins and Edna Scroggins of Kansas City, MO; and her brother Charles Scroggins of New Orleans, LA.. She is survived by: her sister Jerrie Hoenerhoff (Jim) of South Lyon, MI; and her nieces and nephews, Mark Hoenerhoff (Kim), Mike Hoenerhoff (Abby) of Michigan, Terri Hartung (Jeff) and Holly Donnell (Brian) of Louisiana. She is also survived by seven great nieces and nephews, and six great-great nephews and nieces.
After retirement she volunteered at the Assistance League of Kansas City, where she donated a considerable amount of time.
