He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Willis and Mary Katherine Guier Willis; his wife Charlene Boan Willis; his siblings, Jim Willis (Justine), Jack Willis, Joan Streeter (R. C. Streeter) and Mary Jane Lockwood (Ralph Leon Lockwood); and his stepchildren, James Locascio and Lora Locascio.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Russell Locascio (Brenda) and Kathleen Speigelhalter (Mike). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren, generations of nieces and nephews.
