She was predeceased by: her daughter Carmen Brown; and her husband Augustus Thomas. She is survived by: her siblings, Mary, Margaret of Gerald, JD and Richard; her sons, Eric Brown, Lloyd Brown, Jr., Marlin J. Brown and Gerald Brown; her stepdaughter Phyllis Thomas; and her brother Willie Hugh. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, twenty one great grandchildren, a host of nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.
