He was predeceased by: his mother Leonna Stephens. He is survived by: his children, Michael Stephens and Emily Stephens; his father Charles Edward Stephens Sr.; his brother Ed Stephens Jr.; and his former wife Michele Stephens. He is also survived by his friends, family, and children.
