He is survived by: his daughter Stephanie Kirkham (John); his granddaughters, Alyssa Kirkham (Blade) and Tara Kirkham; his nieces, Sherri Hicks (Larry) and Susan Voros (Frank); his nephew Steve Plagmann; his great-niece Kristen Taylor (Ben); his great-nephews, Garrett Voros and Eli Hicks (Lindsey); and his close friend Vic Colson.
