She is survived by: her husband Jesse C. Forquer; her children, Christy Forquer of Olathe, KS and Jeffrey Forquer (Brenda) of Williamstown, MO; her grandchildren, Bradley Forquer and Kelsey Forquer of Williamstown; her sisters, Hazel Crowe of Kahoka, Zelda Sturm (Rockie) of Kahoka and Doreen Bergman (Bill) of Kahoka; her sisters-in-law, Jewel Ash of Wyaconda and Earlene Ash of Highland, IL; and her cousin Mary Katherine Ash of Kahoka. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
