He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene "Gene" and Dorothy Morrow Webster; his parents-in-law, Elbert and Betty Herring; his sister Dianne Seyb; his brother-in-law Gene Paul; his niece Allison Seyb; his nephew Keith Arnold; and his stepdaughter Lou Ann.
He is survived by: his wife Cathy Grace Herring; his children, Christina Myers (John) of Memphis and Jeremy Webster (Stephanie); his granddaughters, Lillian Grace of Columbia and Emma Kay of Columbia; his siblings, Penny Paul of Wyaconda, Teresa Skinner (Kevin) of Memphis, Gary Webster (Nancy) of Wyaconda and Steve Webster of Wyaconda; his brothers-in-law, Mark Seyb of Arbela and Bill Herring (Deb) of North Dakota; his aunt Patsy Baker (J. D.) of Texas; his uncle Fred Webster of Kahoka; his close friends, Bernie, Mary Lou McCance, Danny Smith and Richard Ross (Sandra) of Iowa; and his friends, Gene Willdrick (Bonnie) of Illinois and Bob Willdrick (Phyllis) of Illinois. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, great great nieces and nephews and many many cousins.
