She was predeceased by: her parents, Madison Stone and Barbara Grace Bergthold Newman; her daughter Joyce Joy; her grandchildren, Jamie Joy and Mindy Taylor; her great grandchild Peyton Davis; and her siblings, Avis Hudnut, Naomi Buford and Wayne Newman.
She is survived by: her spouse Charles Richard Arnold; her children, Ronald Taylor (Brenda) of Keokuk and Zandra Cole of Burlington; her grandchildren, Matthew Joy, Brandy Taylor, Ronald "Ronnie" Taylor, Jr and Casey Taylor; her great grandchildren, Jordan Tate, Taylor Davis, James "Jamie" Davis, Rilyn Taylor, Weston Taylor and Paislee Davis; and her brother Nolan Newman (Betty) of Hannibal. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
