He is survived by: his mother Roselyn Self (Spiegel); his wife Lisa Fowler (Mortimer); his children, Derreck Fowler of Kahoka, Maddyx Fowler of Kahoka and Darylanna Hills (Tyler) of Warsaw, IL; his siblings, Keith Peterson, Amanda Slater and Carmen Finder; and his grandchildren, Azura Rainbolt and Aizlynn Fowler.
