He was predeceased by: his parents, David Dale and Mary Sue Broyles (Lewis); his wife Cheryl; his sister Peggy Rule; and his brothers-in-law, Tom Rule Sr. and Carl Ownby.
He is survived by: his sons, William Wyley Broyles Jr. (Susan), Russell Broyles (Abby) and Randall Broyles (Jamie); his grandchildren, Ben, Leo, Nora, Connor, Ricky and Lynn; his great grandchild Lily; his sister-in-law Gail Ownby; and his nieces and nephews, Angie, Tom Jr., Chris Rule and Paige Rittenhouse.
