He was predeceased by: his parents, William Eugene McAnany, Sr. and Ethel Mae McAnany (Bell); and his sister Ethel Mae Lawliss. He is survived by: his wife Linda McAnany; his nieces and nephews, Diane Brockway, Michele Bloyd (John), Sharon Lawliss, Bradford Herron (Joanne), Kurtis Herron (Lisa), David Heller (Susan) and Shawn Heller (Karen); and his brother-in-law Jon Herron (Beverly).
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Marine Corps League – Central Missouri Detachment; or to a charity of the donor's choice.
