He was predeceased by: his father John Allen; his wife Inge Potenberg; and his brothers, John Allen Cochran, Jr. and Robert Cochran. He is survived by: his daughter Barbara Cochran of Jefferson City; and his sister-in-law Elizabeth Cochran of Huntsville. He is also survived by three nephews.
