He was predeceased by: his parents, Estiel Childs and Julia Childs (Vinson); his daughter Maria; and his siblings, Carl Jones and Aldonia Lee.
He is survived by: his wife Victoria Minor; his children, Ronald, Andrea (Richard) and Carmela; and his granddaughter Ashley.
