He was predeceased by: his father Leslie Dickey; his mother-in-law Dorothy Shiver-Ellis; and his grandparents, Victor, Mathilda Cassmeyer and Vera Dickey.
He is survived by: his mother Mary Dickey (Cassmeyer); his wife Becky Ann Shiver; and his siblings, Randy Dickey (Kelli), James Dickey (Kelli) and Leslie Duckworth (Shawn). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, it is strongly encouraged that expressions of sympathy may be made to People First of Missouri or Special Olympics of Jefferson City.
