He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Schepker and Louise Schepker (Wallendorf); his wife Mary Ann Schepker; his son Greg Schepker; and his brother Jack Schepker.

He is survived by: his children, Mark Schepker (Debbie) of Edgewood, Keith Schepker (Nina) of Linn, Sandy (Sam) and Oborny (David) of Marion; his sister Alice Wekenborg; his sister-in-law Elaine Steele; his grandchildren, Dustin, Nathan, Morgan, Emma, Jacob Schepker, Tom, Tabitha and Greg Oborny; and his pet Sofi.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that expressions of sympathy be made to Hospice Compassus or to the Jefferson City DAV.
