It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Riley James Elgin (Jefferson City, Missouri), born in Wichita, Kansas, who passed away on September 25, 2022, at the age of 30, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Glenda "Wisner" Elgin. He is survived by: his father Richard Elgin of Jefferson City; his sister Johna Trapani (Anthony) of Jefferson City; and his grandmothers, Cecillia Elgin of Park City, KS. and Shirley Wisner of Tipton. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
