He is survived by: his parents, Glenn Rackers and Elizabeth "Betty" Rackers; his wife Patty Rackers; his sons, Nolan and Ethan Rackers; his siblings, Greg Rackers (Maureen), Jeffrey Rackers (Susan), Bruce Rackers (Amy), Aaron Rackers (Ashley), Amy Steinman (Ben) and Monica Ralston (Jason); and his siblings-in-law, David Kampeter (Jessie), Carol Kampeter, Mary DeGhelder (Dave), Susan Heckenkamp (Joe), Teresa Luebbert (Chris), Joyce Gipe (Barry) and Emily Bailey (Chuck). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
