She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Leo "Pop", Betsy Wieberg, Pierre and Joyce Touchette; and her great-grandparents, Lester and Vera Muskopf.
She is survived by: her parents, Otto John Wankum of Meta, MO and Annette Marie Wallace (Touchette); her children, Justin Bax of Fulton, MO and Haylee Bax of Jefferson City, MO; her stepfather David Wallace of Osage Beach, MO; her siblings, Tina Woehr (Gerald) of Wardsville, MO and Adam Wankum of Wardsville, MO; her niece Taylor Woehr; her nephews, Zach Woehr and Clayton Wankum; and her pet Maddie.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the Bax Children's Educational Fund c/o Freeman Mortuary.
