She was predeceased by: her husband Garry Chegwidden; her brother Paul Winckler; and her daughters, Stephanie and Renee Chegwidden. She is survived by: her children, Philip Chegwidden (Tonya) of Ellsworth, Michael Chegwidden (Donna) of Austin, Joan Chegwidden (Michael Sizemore) of Kirksville and Matthew Chegwidden (Anne) of Columbia; her siblings, James Winckler (Jenelle) of Lucas and Esther Stinnett of Rhode Island; her sisters-in-law, Phyllis, VerLee and Shirley; and her grandchildren, Jenae, Blake, Grace, Stella, Max and Darcy Chegwidden.

In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested to Calvary Lutheran School or Lutheran Family and Children's Services of Missouri.
