She was predeceased by: her parents, John Giachetto and Margaret Giachetto (Mussatto); her husband Robert; and her siblings, John Giachetto and Shirley Giachetto.
She is survived by: her children, Robert J. Swift, Jr. (Betsy) of Jefferson City, Missouri, Kathleen Schmidt (George) of St. Louis, Missouri and Barbara Odegaard (John) of Newport; and her grandchildren, Leigh (Swift), McCabe (Benjamin), Jennifer (Schmidt), Exum (Craig), Marc Schmidt (Iris), Lindsey Schmidt (Dan), Katherine (Odegaard), Lowe (Jonathan), Virginia, Adam Odegaard (Jessalyn) and Lauren Odegaard. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
