He is survived by: his son Brian Dowden (Carla); his daughter-in-law Michelle Dowden; his siblings, Janice Nelson (Wayne) and Richard Dowden (Patty); his grandchildren, Jessica Mooney (Jesse), Nicholas, Shannon, Ashley, Abby and Andrew Dowden; and his great grandchild Savannah Mooney.
