He is survived by: his children, Kay Ellen Jahnel (David) of Cedar Rapids, IA, Kandy Fern Campbell of Jefferson City, MO and David Jack Campbell (Karen) of Independence, MO; and his siblings, Thomasene Harris of Granbury, TX and Ann Scott of Granbury, TX. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren.
