He was predeceased by: his parents, William Herman and Agnes Adeline Burnett (Shivers); and his siblings, Phyllis Barnes (Charles) and Donald Burnett (Addie). He is survived by: his children, Harvey DeWayne Burnett, Jr. of Kaiser and Rebecca Lynn Jones (Douglas) of Jefferson City; his grandchildren, Jessica Jones, Austin Jones and Cameron Wood Burnett (Becca); and his great grandchildren, Lucas Burnett, Isaac Burnett and Bodie Burnett. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
