With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Harold Duane Smith of Jefferson City, Missouri, born in Middletown, Missouri, who passed away on May 4, 2024 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alva Smith and Hazel Smith; and his brother Donald. He is survived by: his sons, Mark Smith (Deidre), Paul Smith (Deborah) and Kevin Smith (Elizabeth); his grandchildren, Cameron Smith, Melinda Smith, Kristen Keglovits (Joshua) and Ryan Smith (Katherine); his great grandchildren, Ellie, Brooks Keglovits and Natalie Smith; and his brother Jerry Smith.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to Lutheran Braille Workers, in care of Faith Lutheran Church or to Faith Lutheran Church.
