He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Eugene "Gene" Foster and Elizabeth Louise Foster (Ubben). He is survived by: his daughter Rachelle Dunlap (Bryan); his grandsons, Foster Dunlap and Paul Dunlap; his nieces, Jessica Foster-Geiger (Steve), Santa and Sabrina Mantz (Bob); and his brother-in-law Kent Lewis.
