She was predeceased by: her parents, Roger Louis and Jane Harris (Curtright); her sister Peggy Lyle Moore; and her brother-in-law Kenneth Willingham. She is survived by: her husband Ken; her daughter Jennifer Elizabeth Henry (Sam) of Republic; her grandchildren, Monica Paige Henry and Nathan R. Henry; her sister Judith Harris Willingham of Russellville; and her brother-in-law Wayne Moore of Plano. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
