She is survived by: her mother Dora Nadine Washington (Austin); and her siblings, James Smith (Theresa) of Jefferson City, Dennis Smith of Jefferson City, Patricia J. Washington of Jefferson City and Cathy M. Washington of Jefferson City. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
