He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard William Mueller and Regina Theresia Mueller (Walther); his siblings, Irma Bagnull, Donnie and Ralph Mueller; his parents-in-law, Kenneth and Mary Jane Roods; and his brothers-in-law, Abe Tuggle, Hank Hawkins and Paul Bagnull.
He is survived by: his wife Anne Mueller; his children, Ashley Mueller of Jefferson City, Emily Smasal of Jefferson City and Cory Mueller (Stephanie) of Kansas City; his stepchildren, Jennifer Hamilton Kresl (Randy) of New Bloomfield, Amy Powell Ripley of Utica, Bryan Powell (Amber) of Pikeville and Terry Powell Brenner of Jefferson City; his sisters, Venita Tuggle of Texas, Evelyn Hawkins of Texas, Carol Ray (Joe) of Texas and Shirley Sieg (Bud) of Jefferson City; his grandchildren, Hunter, Hayden Smasal, Brayleigh and Jaelyn Mueller; his stepgrandchildren, Tyler Ripley, CJ Albee (Cameron), Jessica Maddox, Holly Potter (Jamie), Megan Brenner, Evelyn, Amelia, Ryder Potter, Ryleigh Maddox, Presley and Lainey Bailey; and his siblings-in-law, Kenneth Roods of Jefferson City and Mary Sue Mueller of Jefferson City. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
