He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin Edward Hafley and Violet Mae Roehl; his grandparents, Rufus and Emma Roehl; and his uncle Roger Roehl.
He is survived by: his children, Kurt Hafley (Libby) of Jefferson City, Kim Larimore (Michael) of Russellville, Kady Ramsey (Josh) of Jefferson City and Davey Hafley of Jefferson City; his grandchildren, Cole, Kayne, Cameron, Abby, Conner and Shianne; his siblings, Tim Lingo and Crystal Lueckenhoff (Mark); his stepmother Dot Hafley of Belle; his partner's children, Samantha Cox and Michele Cox; and also Doris Hotop.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the Shriners Hospital for Children by mailing donations to P.O. Box 95, Jefferson City, MO 65102.
