He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Haley and Opal Haley; his siblings, Junior, Mary, Betty and Helen; and his daughters, Andrea Yancy, Wendy Haley and Leslaie Powers.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Haley; and his grandchildren, Michael Yancy of New Bloomfield, Missouri, Shawn Yancy of Arlington, Virginia, William Powers of Colorado Springs, Daniel Powers of Garden City, Bradley Powers of Garden City and Madison Mora of Aurora, Colorado. He is also survived by spouses and partners; and his nine great grandchildren, in addition to various cousins, nieces, nephews, and additional extended family.
Memorials may be made in his name to the National Federation of the Blind of Missouri.
