She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Harvey Jr. and Gladys E. McClinton; her brother Roderick Harvey; her son-in-law Kyle Walker; and her great grandchild Richard Poulson III.
She is survived by: her children, Reginald Blanchard (Carmen), Regina Blanchard-Walker and Elonda Blanchard; and her brother Harry Harvey III (Essie). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
