It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Verne Neil Hutson of Jackson, Missouri, born in Warsaw, Illinois, who passed away on January 14, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his children, Verne, Luann Hutson and Steven Hutson; his parents, Neil Hutson and Helen Hutson; his siblings-in-law, Dale and Opal Brodie; his siblings, Claude Hutson, Elizabeth Bird and Lorena Brown; and his sister-in-law Sharon Howell.
He is survived by: his wife Ann Lincoln of Jackson, Missouri; his children, Brenda Hutson, Randy (Carrie Hutson), Denise (Rick Jokerst) and Tammy (Mike Homan); his stepsons, Tony Lincoln and Scott Lincoln; his grandchildren, Dawn, Wes Willitt, Dayna Hutson, D. J. Gollitko, Tina Hutson, Brian Hutson, Jonathan, Lynnie Greene, Kira, Mark Kruszynski, Jaclyn, Ryan Lansing, Jeremy, Ashley Homan and Shari Homan; his nephew Richard; and also Annie Howell. He is also survived by 17 great grandchildren, 6 step grandchildren.
Verne's favorite charity was St. Jude Children's Research Hospital because he loved all children which showed through the way he loved his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
