With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Velda Mae Keister of Jackson, Missouri, born in Ironton, Missouri, who passed away on May 6, 2023 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Sutton and Eva Sutton (Campbell); her children, Rusty, Paul Keister and Pat Wisdom; her granddaughter Stephanie Keister; and her siblings, Phillip Sutton, Glenda Boardman and Nadine Pannebaker.
She is survived by: her children, Mark S. Keister (Billie Sue) of Jackson and Pam Davis of Hillsboro; her grandchildren, Eva Barnes (Richard), Matthew Keister, Mark Keister, Tony Ward, Charity Busby, Michael Smith, Nicole Davis and Kayla Davis; and her brother Melvin Sutton of Des Peres. She is also survived by her family and friends.
