She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry R. Hartle and Annabelle Wofford Hartle; her husband Roy Holmes; and her former husband Jim Slinkard. She is survived by: her children, Sherry Jones (Mike) of Millersville, Terry Holmes of Wappapello, Kathy Barks (late Danny) of Jackson, Tom Holmes of Jackson and Tim Holmes (Mary) of Jackson; and her brother Roger Hartle of Millersville. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren, seven great-great-grandchildren.
Memorials may take the form of contributions to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Jackson Senior Center, or the Alzheimer's Association.
