He was predeceased by: his father William Ira; his brother William Flannery; and his daughter-in-law Kay Flannery. He is survived by: his wife Loyce; his children, Timothy Flannery (Cindy), Douglas Flannery of Whitewater, MO and Joy Owens (Mark) of Jackson, MO; his grandchildren, Bridgett Green (Justin) of Whitewater, MO and Robert Arland Flannery of Burfordville, MO; his great grandchildren, Emma and Rees; and his sister-in-law Joyce Proffer.
