He was predeceased by: his parents, John Heitman and Eva Heitman (Rickman); his wife Shirley; and his daughter Rhonda. He is survived by: his children, Rick (Christy), Evon, Michelle and Dwayne (Krysti); and his pets, Missy and Gigi. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; 1 great, great grandchild; 3 siblings.
