Terry Lynn Winn 76 of independence Missouri passed away December 2nd, 2022. Terry enjoyed spending time outdoors and retired from The City Of Independence where he had worked for 35 years. Terry is proceeded in death by his parents, Thomas Winn Sr., and Mattie A, Winn. Siblings Thomas J Winn, John C. Winn and Michael C. Winn Sr. Terry is survived by his brother Richard Winn (Laura) and sister Rebecca Winn. Several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
