She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Frank Prell and Annabelle Prell (Chapel); her husband Bernie Durbin; and her children, Tom Waters (Susan), Michelle Guyton (Brett), Allen Waters (Linda) and Larry Waters (Joanna). She was also cherished by 7 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
