He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Norman and Anna Bertha Parker (Kreuzburg); his wife Lois Parker; and his siblings, Gerald Parker and Marilyn Joan Adams.
He is survived by: his children, Terry Parker (Kim) of Independence and Kim Phillips (Scott) of Blue Springs; and his grandchildren, Samantha Parker (Eric) of Winter Garden, FL., Paige Parker of West Jordan, UT., Shayla Phillips of Blue Springs, Otizia Foster of Blue Springs and Destinee Clark of Blue Springs.
