He was predeceased by: his parents, Laura and Allen; and his brother Matthew. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Samara, David, Daniel and Rachel; his children-in-law, Scott and Su-Wun; and his sisters, Leona and Miriam.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking that charitable contributions be made to the American Cancer Society or a meaningful organization of the donor's choice.
