It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Alan McDaniel of Independence, Missouri, born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, who passed away on October 23, 2022, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Jan McDaniel (York); his parents-in-law, Orville and Lorraine Howard; his siblings-in-law, Betsy Nelson and Bob Nelson; and his pets, German, Reba, Spot, Ace, Deuce, Puddytat, Patches, Tigger, Tuffy, Pebbles and Lucy.
He is survived by: his wife Sally; his daughter Tonia Marie Highers (Brant) of Portugal; his grandchildren, Mischka and Brantley; his sister Marsha Gerry of Durango, CO; and his siblings-in-law, Doug Howard (Vickie) of Adairsville, GA, Pam Compton (Tim) of Holt, MO and Barney Howard (Kim) of Independence, MO. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and a cat.
