He was predeceased by: his parents, Patti McCullough and Melvin McCullough. He is survived by: his wife Eugenia McCullough; his siblings, Mark (Margarita McCullough), Steve (Donna McCullough) and Lynn Wallace; his children, Tara Jenesse, Lacy Lugo (Matt Lugo) and Ryan McCullough (Yugin McCullough); and his grandchild Ryan Cansler (Cherryh Cansler). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and a large extended family and many friends.
